SECTION 1: GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Everygame Sportsbook ("Everygame," "we," "our," "us"). By registering an account, placing wagers, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 Eligibility
1.1.1 You are responsible for ensuring that sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction and that you comply with all applicable laws before opening an account or placing wagers.
1.1.2 You may only register and participate if you are at least 18 years old or above the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
1.1.3 Registrations will not be accepted from residents of Australia, Austria, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, or Slovakia. We may also refuse new accounts from the United States at our sole discretion.
1.1.4 Staff members, contractors, affiliates of Everygame, and their immediate family members are not permitted to participate in real-money wagering.
1.2 Account Registration and Security
1.2.1 Only one Everygame Sportsbook account is permitted per user. Attempts to create multiple accounts may result in closure, voiding of wagers, and forfeiture of funds.
1.2.2 Registration information must be complete, accurate, and kept up to date. The account name must match the name on all payment methods used.
1.2.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any wagers or account activity conducted with your credentials will be treated as authorized by you.
1.2.4 If you suspect a third party has your login details, you must change your password immediately and notify us.
1.2.5 By creating an account, you consent to Everygame verifying your details through third-party sources. These checks may confirm your identity, address, payment methods, and other details required for compliance.
1.2.6 Everygame may close or suspend accounts at its discretion, particularly if identity cannot be verified, prohibited activity is suspected, criminal or otherwise suspicious activity is detected, or if valid identification documents are not provided. In cases of criminal or suspicious activity, all account balances (including deposits and winnings) may be forfeited.
1.3 Deposits and Withdrawals
1.3.1 Deposits will only be accepted from payment methods registered in the account holder's name. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts owned and controlled by the same individual.
1.3.2 All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed, in line with anti-money laundering requirements.
1.3.3 Everygame reserves the right to withhold payouts and recover costs in cases of chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent transactions.
1.3.4 Withdrawal methods will generally match the deposit method used. We reserve the right to determine the most appropriate withdrawal channel. We may audit payout requests and reclaim winnings in the event of a failed audit.
1.3.5 If you have not placed a sports bet or casino bet, made a deposit or withdrawal for a period of 18 months, your account will be considered inactive. At the point of inactivity, any balance in the account will be voided. Upon your request, real money balances may be reinstated.
1.3.6 We may request documents at any time to verify your identity, address, source of funds, and payment method ownership. Withdrawals are contingent on successful verification. Failure to comply may result in suspended accounts or cancelled payouts.
1.3.7 Withdrawals are subject to processing times and may be paid in installments where appropriate. Initial requests and updates to withdrawal details may take several business days. External factors such as banking restrictions or holidays may cause additional delays.
1.3.8 We are not responsible for delays in processing caused by third-party institutions or external circumstances beyond our control.
1.4 Conduct and Fair Play
1.4.1 Bets remain valid if placed by a third party using your account credentials, whether authorized or not.
1.4.2 The use of bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or any artificial intelligence software is strictly prohibited. Accounts found in violation may be suspended and funds confiscated.
1.4.3 Players must notify Everygame immediately of any system error, malfunction, or incorrect balance credit. This includes, but is not limited to, issues arising from software, hardware, internet connectivity, random number generators, or payment systems. Any wagers, winnings, or funds resulting from such errors or malfunctions will be considered void, must not be used, and will be reclaimed. Customers knowingly taking advantage of such errors may be held liable for resulting damages.
1.4.4 Wagering on behalf of others, or colluding with other bettors to exploit betting markets, is prohibited.
1.4.5 The sportsbook platform is for personal, recreational use only. Accounts may not be used for commercial purposes, group betting, or professional gambling.
1.4.6 Abusive, offensive, or threatening language towards Everygame staff or in connection with your account will not be tolerated.
1.4.7 Usernames containing offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language will be changed, locked, or may result in account closure.
1.4.8 Customer service representatives provide general assistance only. Their statements are not legally binding and do not override these Terms.
1.5 Limitation of Liability
1.5.1 Everygame provides its services "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
1.5.2 We are not liable for losses arising from internet failures, technical errors, disconnections, or third-party actions beyond our control. In the event of disconnection, your balance will remain as recorded on our servers.
1.5.3 Everygame shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.

1.8 Changes to the Terms
1.8.1 Everygame may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
1.9 Additional Terms
1.9.1 Everygame is not responsible for third-party claims or offers suggesting association with our services. We do not honor obligations based on fraudulent or misleading third-party promotions.

Agreement
By creating an account or placing wagers with Everygame Sportsbook, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety, as well as any sport-specific or promotional rules published on our site.
SECTION 2: GENERAL BETTING RULES
2.1 Rule Changes and Jurisdiction
2.1.1 All rules and regulations are subject to change and revision by Everygame without prior written notice. Everygame reserves the right to add, delete or modify the sportsbook house rules and payoff odds.
2.1.2 These rules and regulations are acknowledged as legal and binding by the customer once he/she submits a bet.
2.1.3 All wagers are placed, accepted, administered and resulted at the operator's headquarters. A lack of any other mandatory rules on jurisdiction means that any wagering contractual disputes shall be settled by the relevant court at the operator's headquarters.
2.2 Validity of Bets
2.2.1 No bet may be cancelled, changed or modified by the customer in any way once it has been received and accepted by Everygame Sportsbook.
2.2.2 Any selection(s) placed after the actual start time will be deemed void (win or lose) and replaced with odds of 1.0.
2.2.3 In the event that a third party places a bet or is thought to have placed a bet, the said bet shall be valid, whether or not the alleged third party had the prior consent or knowledge of the customer. Under no circumstances will any bet be cancelled for that reason.
2.2.4 Any bet placed where the outcome is already known will be made void.
2.3 Settlement of Bets
2.3.1 All wagers will be settled after the game/match has finished. All winnings shall be credited to the winning customer's Everygame Sportsbook betting account.
2.3.2 For betting purposes, the winner of a game/event will be determined on the date of the game/event's conclusion, according to the Everygame Sportsbook house wagering and betting rules.
2.3.3 For betting purposes, Everygame Sportsbook does not recognize suspended games/events, protests and/or overturned decisions.
2.3.4 When a draw/tie is posted on the board as one of the options available to wager on and the game or boxing match ends in a draw, Everygame pays only the bets on a draw and does not refund any wagers on either team or fighter.
2.3.5 Dead Heat Rule: If for any reason whatsoever, more than one individual or team are declared winners of the same game or event, the stake for the purposes of pay-outs shall be divided by the number of winners declared. For example, if two winners are declared, the stake shall be halved. If three winners are declared, the stake shall be divided by three.
2.4 Betting Formats
2.4.1 Parlay Bets
A parlay bet is a combination of two (2) or more single bets on one (1) or more games. A parlay bet shall only be paid if all of the games selected in the parlay are correct.
Postponements/Cancelled Games: If a game in your parlay is postponed, cancelled, ends in a "push," or is refunded, the parlay will be evaluated on the remaining selections that still have action. For example, a four-team parlay automatically becomes a three-team parlay, with odds reduced accordingly.
Payout Calculation: Winnings are calculated by multiplying the odds of each correct selection together, then multiplying the total by the amount wagered.
2.4.2 Teaser Bets
A teaser bet is a combination of two (2) or more single bets on one (1) or more games where the point spread is adjusted in your favor. A teaser bet shall only be paid if all selected games in the teaser are correct.
Postponements/Cancelled Games: If a game in your teaser is postponed, cancelled, ends in a "push," or is refunded, the teaser will be reduced accordingly. For example, a five-team teaser becomes a four-team teaser, and so on. A two-team teaser will revert to a one-team teaser.
Payout Calculation: Winnings are calculated according to the teaser payout table published on our website.
2.4.3 Round Robin Bets
A round robin bet consists of multiple combinations of parlays created from a larger list of selected teams.
Structure: A round robin requires a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of fourteen (14) selections, which are combined into sub-parlays of two to thirteen bet options, depending on the number of selections made. For example, three selections produce three doubles (2-fold bets).
Postponements/Cancelled Games: If a game in your round robin is postponed, cancelled, ends in a "push," or is refunded, neutral odds of 1.0 will be applied to that leg, and the round robin will be evaluated on the remaining valid selections.
Payout Calculation: Each sub-parlay is calculated individually by multiplying the odds of its selections together and then multiplying by the stake placed on that sub-parlay. Total winnings are the sum of all winning sub-parlays.
2.4.4 Related Bets
Multiplied odds do not normally apply when the same selection is used to win more than one event. Only singles are valid unless special prices are offered. If accepted in error, the bet will be settled either at the special price available at the time or as singles at the individual event prices.
2.5 Postponements and Cancellations
2.5.1 All bets on American football, baseball, basketball and North American ice hockey games postponed for more than 12 hours are deemed invalid unless already official.
2.5.2 All bets on soccer (European football) and other European team sports (including European ice hockey games and the AHL) postponed for more than 24 hours are deemed invalid unless already official.
2.5.3 In the event of a venue change, all wagers on American Major League games for the original venue will be refunded.
2.5.4 Ante Post/Futures bets shall not be refunded if the competitor, horse and/or team cannot complete or participate in the tournament, as long as it takes place. Bets will only be refunded if the entire event is cancelled.
2.6 Errors and Complaints
2.6.1 All complaints, protests and objections must be made in writing within four (4) weeks from the date the bet in question was submitted. Any complaints outside of this period shall not be heard or considered.
2.6.2 Everygame shall have full discretion to correct any credits or payments made in error, for whatever reason, and reserves the right to hold a customer liable for damages for knowingly taking advantage of a technical or administrative error.
2.6.3 Everygame Sportsbook cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any mistakes in the publishing of prices or other palpable errors. Despite every effort to ensure total accuracy, we reserve the right to correct obvious errors. For bets placed in-running that are accepted at incorrect prices and are obvious errors, all bets will be made void.
2.7 Special Betting Markets
2.7.1 Regular Season Wins: Bets allow the bettor to choose whether a team will win over or under a specified number of games in the regular season. Unless otherwise noted, all teams must complete all scheduled games unless the outcome is already determined.
2.7.2 Field Bets: When a Field is posted on the board as one of the options available to wager on, this includes all players, teams, etc. not specifically listed. If a Field option is not posted, odds on other players or teams may be available upon request.
2.8 On all North American major league sports ties push unless otherwise noted.
2.9 Postponements, suspensions, cancellations and change of venues
- All bets on American football, baseball, basketball and ice hockey games whereby the start of the game is postponed for any reason by more than 12 hours are deemed invalid and neutral odds of 1.0 shall be allocated.
- If a game is suspended and not resumed within 12 hours of the initial start date, all bets on American football, baseball, basketball and ice hockey will be deemed invalid and neutral odds of 1.0 shall be allocated, unless the bets are official according to Everygame Sportsbook rule 5.4.
- All bets on soccer (European football) and other European team sports games which are abandoned or postponed for any reason by more than 24 hours are deemed invalid and neutral odds of 1.0 shall be allocated to said game, unless games are official according to Everygame Sportsbook rule 7.5.
- In the event of a venue change, all wagers on American Major League games for the original venue will be refunded.
2.10 Ante Post/Futures
- Ante Post/Futures bets shall not be refunded for reasons of the competitor, horse and/or team cannot complete or participate in the game/tournament, as long as the game/tournament takes place.
- Ante Post/Futures bets will only be refunded if the entire game/tournament is cancelled.
- Unless otherwise stipulated, all players/athletes/drivers/horses listed in or as a part of a propositional bet offer must take part in the event for action.
2.11-2.27 Core Betting Procedures and Rules
Bet Modification and Timing
2.11 No bet may be cancelled, changed or modified by the customer in any way once it has been received and accepted by Everygame Sportsbook.
2.12 Any selection(s) placed after the actual start time will be deemed void (win or lose) and replaced with odds of 1.0.
2.13 Any bet placed where the outcome is already known will be made void.
Complaints and Disputes
2.14 All complaints, protests and objections must be made in writing within four (4) weeks from the date the bet in question was submitted. Any and all complaints, protests and objections submitted outside of said delay shall not be heard or considered by Everygame Sportsbook.
Settlement Procedures
2.15 All wagers will be settled after the game/match has finished. All winnings shall be credited to the winning customer's Everygame Sportsbook betting account.
2.16 For betting purposes, the winner of a game/event will be determined on the date of the game/event's conclusion, according to the Everygame Sportsbook house wagering and betting rules.
2.17 For betting purposes, Everygame Sportsbook does not recognize suspended games/events, protests and or overturned decisions.
2.18 Dead Heat Rule: If for any reason whatsoever, more than one individual or team are declared winners of the same game or event, the stake for the purposes of pay-outs shall be divided by the number of winners declared. For example, if two winners are declared, the stake shall be halved. If three winners are declared, the stake shall be divided by three.
Odds and Record Keeping
2.19 All published odds and point spreads at the time bets are accepted, are used to determine winners, losers and ties and are for information purposes only. Everygame Sportsbook shall maintain a record of all point spreads, odds, final scores and related betting propositions, as well as statistics to protect both the customer and Everygame Sportsbook in case of obvious mechanical or human error.
Error Handling and Liability
2.20 In the event that funds are incorrectly credited to a customer's Everygame Sportsbook betting account, it is the customer's duty to notify Everygame Sportsbook of the aforesaid error without delay. Any winnings realised after the error, whether directly or indirectly subsequent to the error, but prior to notification of Everygame Sportsbook, shall be void.
2.21 Everygame Sportsbook cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any mistakes in the publishing of prices or other palpable errors which lead to prices or conditions being posted other than those intended, or bets being accepted that contravene these rules. Despite our every effort to ensure total accuracy, we reserve the right to correct obvious errors. For bets placed in-running that are accepted at incorrect prices and are obvious errors, all bets will be made void and the customer will NOT be contacted.
2.22 Everygame Sportsbook shall in no way and under no circumstances be liable for any damages or losses including without limitation direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, deemed or alleged to have resulted from or caused by the present web site or its content, including without limitation any person's use or misuse of its content, the inability of any person to use the site, delays in operation or transmission, communication line failure or any errors or omissions in content.
Special Market Types
2.23 Field Betting: When a Field is posted on the board as one of the options available to wager on, this includes all players, teams, etc not specifically listed. If a Field option is not posted, odds on other players, teams, etc are available upon request unless all players, teams, etc are quoted.
2.24 Regular Season Wins: This allows the bettor to choose whether a particular team will win over or under a specified number of games during the regular season in their respective league or conference. Unless otherwise noted, all teams must complete all of their scheduled regular season games unless the remaining games during the course of the season do not affect the result. For example: during a 17-game NFL season bets for the Kansas City Chiefs to win Over 11½ regular season games will be paid out once they have won 12 games and bets for them to win under 11½ regular season games will be paid out once they have lost 6 games, whether or not the remaining scheduled games are played.
Venue Changes
2.25 If the venue of a match is other than is indicated on our website, the bet will still stand provided the match has not been switched to the opponent's stadium, in which case the match will be declared void. Everygame Sportsbook cannot be held responsible for providing this information.
Related Bets
2.26 Related bets: Multiplied odds do not normally apply for the same selection to win more than one event and the only bets available at the current odds are singles. We may have special prices available that apply to selected doubles, trebles, accumulators and so on.
Examples:
- Bayern Munich to win Bundesliga, Champions League and DFB Cup
- Rory McIlroy to win all 4 Major golf titles
If we accept in error a bet made up of doubles, trebles etc. at the individual event prices, we will settle your bet at the special price available at the time you placed it. If a special price was not available, we will divide your stake equally as singles at the individual event prices available at the time you placed the bet.
Recording Policy
2.27 In the interest of the customer and staff, all telephone conversations are recorded by Everygame Sportsbook.
SECTION 3: MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM STAKE AMOUNTS AND BONUS OFFERINGS
General Sportsbook Bonus Information
Bonus Codes
Unless otherwise stated on the 'Special Offers' page of our Sportsbook, the bonus code will exclusively be sent to the e-mail address provided when registering your Everygame Sportsbook account. Normal post (snail mail) may also be used in some cases for exclusive offers. The bonus code can be redeemed in the Redeem Bonus section on the 'Special Offers' page or in the cashier as long as you meet the bonus requirements.
Rollover Calculator
The rollover calculator is available on the 'Special Offers' page as soon as a Sportsbook bonus is active in your account.
The 'Details' section only shows wagers that meet the given bonus requirements and have already been settled. The sum showed is the sum of the settled wagers that count towards meeting the rollover requirements -- this sum does not necessarily correspond to the sum of the total stake.
Only settled wagers count towards fulfilling the bonus requirements. This is also the case for 'Futures and Antepost' wagers placed after redeeming the bonus.
- Only one Sportsbook bonus may be active in an account at any one time. If a bonus is currently active in an account, a new bonus may not be redeemed and a withdrawal may not be made.
- A deposit bonus can only be redeemed after a successful deposit has been made and then before a wager has been placed after the successful deposit.
- If a maximum cashout clause is included in a bonus offer, the account balance will automatically be adjusted to meet this stipulation after the rollover requirements have been met. This means that any winnings generated by the bonus money over and above the given maximum cashout sum will automatically be deducted, leaving just the given maximum cashout sum in the account balance.
- A bonus is considered cleared if the account balance is zero and all wagers placed after redeeming the bonus have been settled. As soon as the bonus is cleared, then all rollover requirements will be deleted. Further deposits must not be rolled over as soon as this is the case.
- As long as a Sportsbook bonus is active in an account, it is not possible to transfer chips into the Everygame Casinos. Chips transfered from a positive Casino balance into a Sportsbook account with an active Sportsbook bonus, cannot be paid out until the Sportsbook bonus has been fully rolled over.
- Parlays containing selections that are excluded from the bonus rollover requirements will be calculated aliquot: For example: A parlay with three selections contains one selection that is excluded from the bonus rollover requirements. As a result only two thirds of the stake will count towards the rollover requirements.
- Any minimum odds quoted in the bonus conditions are relevant for the total odds of a parlay wager and not the odds of an individual selection.
- Any maximum stake amount included in the bonus conditions is relevant across bets -- i.e. Should several bets be placed on the same selection, the maximum stake amount for the rollover requirements is met as soon as it is met in the sum of the stakes placed.
3.1-3.6 Stake Limits and Bonus Eligibility
3.1 Minimum and maximum stakes may vary between websites.
3.2 Everygame Sportsbook reserves the right to limit the maximum stake amount prior to the acceptance of any bet.
3.3 Notwithstanding the foregoing, stake amount minimums and maximums shall be determined solely and exclusively by Everygame Sportsbook.
3.4 The maximum dollar amount that may be won by an individual customer, syndicate or partners per bet is one hundred thousand (100,000) dollars U.S. currency or the equivalent in the currency of your Everygame Sportsbook betting account. The maximum dollar amount that may be won by an individual customer, syndicate or partners on a weekly basis is one hundred and ten thousand (110,000) dollars U.S. currency or the equivalent in the currency of your Everygame Sportsbook betting account. This maximum shall apply independently of the number of wagers placed or pending, or the amount wagered or pending, and it shall be incumbent upon the customer to ensure that his/her weekly return does not exceed the said limit. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Everygame Sportsbook reserves its rights to limit any account or group of accounts controlled by an individual customer, syndicate or partners, to a weekly maximum of one hundred and ten thousand (110,000) dollars U.S. currency or equivalent, and to debit any account or group of accounts which have been credited a weekly amount in winnings of more than one hundred and ten thousand (110,000) dollars U.S. currency or equivalent. Any parlay or future bet shall be judged to have been placed during the week of the result of the last event in the parlay or future bet(s).
3.5 For the purposes of section 3.4, a week shall be defined as Sunday midnight through Sunday 23:59.59 EST.
3.6 Everygame Sportsbook reserves the right to exclude customers from certain or all bonus promotions without prior notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
3.7 General Bonus Rules
All bonuses awarded to customers by Everygame Sportsbook shall be considered as betting credits only. Everygame Sportsbook reserves the right to audit all requests for withdrawals, to reclaim any bonuses or winnings that have been accorded prior to a failed audit and to alter or discontinue a promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever, without notice. If a customer takes money out of his/her account and places it back into his/her account, this will not be eligible for a re-deposit bonus.
Customers from the following countries are excluded from redeeming a bonus: Albania, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Bosnia & Hercegovina, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Mauritius, Moldova, Montenegro, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Thailand, Ukraine.
Only one Sportsbook bonus may be active in an account at any one time. If a bonus is currently active in an account, a new bonus may not be redeemed.
Deposit bonus offers are generally subject to rollover requirements in which the sum of the deposit and the bonus have to be rolled over a certain amount of times at Everygame Sportsbook before a new bonus code can be redeemed or a withdrawal made. Individual bonus offer details are posted on our Special Offers page. Any bets with odds lower than 1.5 (-200) will not count towards rollover requirements. Only settled bets count towards the rollover requirements. Wagers on Horse Racing and Boosted Odds do not count towards the rollover requirements and other sports may be excluded in individual bonus offers. Any stakes deemed to be hedged in any way - for example, wagers on both teams in a particular game - are not valid for rollover requirements. Void bets and refunds do not qualify as money wagered towards the rollover requirements. In general, it is the customerâs responsibility to read through the terms and conditions of a promotion before redeeming a bonus code.
Example: In the event that Everygame Sportsbook awards a 50% or 100% bonus with 8x rollover and the customer deposits $100, the customer must place wagers totalling at least $1,200 or $1,600 in the Sportsbook, in order to play through the bonus and then request a withdrawal or redeem another bonus.
3.7.1 Bonus Abuse Policy
- Withdrawals followed by re-deposits to claim a bonus, or adding funds to an account with an existing balance for bonus purposes, may be disallowed and could lead to bonus disqualification.
- Placing bets with minimal or no house edge such as low-juice markets or crashing odds may be considered bonus abuse and we reserve the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit all the winnings gained.
- Strategically shifting gameplay after increasing the account balance just to meet bonus rollover conditions is prohibited. For example, changing the bet sizes significantly or the types of markets, starting to follow known betting strategies, or other suspicious wagering behavior may have the consequence that the bonus and potential winnings from this bonus will be forfeited.
- Tiered wagering tactics, where players place large bets on high-risk outcomes and then switch to safer, lower-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, are not permitted. In this case, we reserve the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any winnings.
- Non-deposit bonuses and free bets may not be claimed back-to-back. To qualify for another non-deposit bonus or free bet, a deposit or genuine account activity is required in the interim. Abuse of consecutive free bonus redemptions may result in the removal of any winnings from those offers and permanent exclusion of the account from future promotions.
3.7.2 Sign-up Bonuses
These bonuses are available to new customers only. The bonus code can be redeemed on our Special Offers page only upon the first deposit. The bonus code must be redeemed immediately after the deposit and before any wager has been placed. A Sign-Up bonus cannot be combined with any other deposit bonus promotion. The Sign-Up Bonus cannot be transferred to Casino.
3.7.3 Free-Bet/No-Deposit Bonus
These bonuses are available for all eligible customers and require no deposit. A withdrawal may be made after the bonus amount has been rolled over a specific amount of times at Everygame Sportsbook.
3.7.4 Free Casino Bonuses
Please see our casino bonus rules on our casino webpage.
3.8-3.15 Additional Bonus Terms and Conditions
Multiple Bonus Eligibility
3.8 In the event your deposits qualify for more than one bonus promotion, you are entitled to the bonus with the highest percentage. Bets on any no-juice game do not meet the wagering requirements.
Free Bet Awards
3.9 From time to time, Everygame Sportsbook may award as a bonus or prize, the right to place a free bet. The free bet shall be treated as a betting credit, and must be wagered within the timeframe stipulated and according to rule 3.13, unless otherwise stated.
3.10 From time to time, Everygame Sportsbook may award a stake back bonus as a free bet token. Void bets and refunds do not qualify. The free bet token shall be wagered on the specified bet offer only and within the timeframe stipulated and is non-withdrawable, unless otherwise stated.
Bonus Program Integrity and Professional Players
3.11 Bonus programs are intended for recreational bettors only. Professional players or players considered to be abusing the bonus system may have their bonuses as well as any winnings from wagers based on such bonuses forfeited and be subject to further sanctions, at the sole discretion of the Everygame Sportsbook management.
In case of abuse, Everygame Sportsbook reserves the right to void all wagers since the last bonus redemption, forfeit the bonus, refund the deposit and close the account.

3.12 For additional and specific details see the small print of individual bonus promotions. All promotions are valid until further notice.

Wagers on horse racing do not count towards the rollover requirements. Any money given without requiring a deposit will have a maximum cash out of 10x the bonus given and any additional winnings derived from the said bonus will be forfeited, unless otherwise stated.
3.14 Stakes claimed as free bets as part of the Everygame Sportsbook Weekly Stake-Back promotion are subject to rollover requirements of 8x at minimum odds of -200 / 1.5 before a withdrawal may be made. Wagers on horse racing and Boosted Odds do not count towards the rollover requirements.

4.2 Credit is not given for bets. All bets must be covered when made.
4.3 Bets for which there is no valid proof of payment will not be accepted, nor will bets made by customers who do not have enough money in their accounts to cover the minimum bet requirement.
4.4 The customer shall be responsible for keeping him/herself informed of the balance in their accounts, as well as the account history.
4.5 Any and all bets placed in an attempt in any way to defraud Everygame and/or made by or contracted by any bookmaker(s), gambling syndicates, and/or any person, persons, parties, organization(s), friends or relatives either individually or in partnership or conjunction with any other person or persons, parties, organization(s), friends, relatives, firm or corporation in any manner whatsoever, who carry on or be engaged in or be concerned with or interested in or advise, lend money to, guarantee the debts or obligations or any business of the kind or similar to the kind of business of Everygame shall be voided and the balances in such accounts shall be returned and the accounts shall be closed.

Corner interval markets are settled based on the time the corner kick is taken and not the time the corner is conceded or awarded.
For clarity, only events which happen between X:00 and Y:59 are included in the interval market e.g. 0-5 minutes is settled if the corner is taken within 0:00-4:59, 0-10 minutes is settled if the corner is taken between 0:00 and 9:59, 0-15 minutes is settled if the corner is taken between 0:00 and 14:59.
Time added on by the referee for stoppages at the end of each half counts for that period.
